Stefanie Paszynin is a creative and marketing executive with over a decade of experience leading brand strategy, creative operations, and revenue-driving marketing initiatives within B2B and manufacturing-focused organizations. She currently serves as Director of Marketing at Cima Network, where she oversees brand, content, digital strategy, sales enablement, and in-house creative production.

During her tenure at Cima Network, Stefanie has played a key role in scaling the organization through multiple growth phases, contributing to a 127% increase in revenue over five years. She led a full company rebrand, launched a new corporate website, and established integrated marketing systems spanning CRM, marketing automation, buyer intent data, and performance analytics—resulting in a 119% increase in lead generation. Her work consistently aligns creative execution with business objectives, customer needs, and measurable outcomes.

Stefanie’s background in Industrial Design informs a human-centered, systems-driven approach to branding and content development. She has built and led in-house creative capabilities across video production, photography, trade show execution, proposal development, and case study programs, while mentoring teams and partnering closely with sales, operations, and executive leadership.

She holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of the Arts, where she earned multiple awards for excellence in human factors, and a Digital Marketing Certificate from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
