STEFANIE PASZYNIN

Stefanie Paszynin is a marketing and brand leader with more than a decade of experience helping B2B and manufacturing-focused organizations grow through stronger positioning, thoughtful storytelling, and customer-centered marketing systems.

Currently serving as Director of Marketing at Cima Network, Stefanie leads brand strategy, digital marketing, content, sales enablement, and in-house creative production, connecting creative execution with measurable business outcomes. During her tenure, she has helped guide multiple phases of company growth, contributing to a 127% increase in revenue over five years, expanding into new vertical markets, launching new service offerings, and modernizing the organization’s marketing infrastructure.

Her work sits at the intersection of brand, strategy, and performance. From leading a company-wide rebrand and launching a new digital experience to implementing CRM, marketing automation, buyer-intent data, and reporting systems, Stefanie approaches marketing as both a storytelling discipline and a driver of business growth. These efforts contributed to a 119% increase in lead generation, stronger conversion performance, and closer alignment between marketing, sales, and business strategy.

Originally trained in Industrial Design, Stefanie brings a systems-driven and human-centered perspective to her work and believes the strongest brands are built when strategy, creativity, and customer understanding work together. She has developed internal creative capabilities across video production, photography, proposal strategy, case studies, and experiential marketing while partnering closely with leadership teams to strengthen communication, clarity, and market presence.

Stefanie holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Design from the University of the Arts and a Digital Marketing Certificate from the The Wharton School. She is known for combining strategic thinking with execution, building marketing systems and brand experiences designed to earn trust, create momentum, and support long-term growth.
